Non Construction Graduate


If you have a degree that does not relate to construction then there are accreditted courses available to you that are specifically designed to provide a foundation of construction knowledge to get you started in the industry.

What is the purpose of it?

Successful completion enables graduates of the course to fulfil CIOB's academic requirements for chartered membership

What subjects are covered?

Modules include all major aspects of construction management, including procurement and contracts, project management, law and construction technology. back to top

How much does it cost?

Can I become a member of CIOB?

  • Students can join as a student member as soon as they have started the course
  • On completion of the prorgamme, candidates will be eligible for Incorporate membership (ICIOB).
