Individual Assessment

As of 1 July 2009, an amendment to the CIOB's policy governing membership applications came into effect.  The amendment stipulates that it is now a requirement for all applicants who have gained a degree through a non CIOB Accredited University or Institute need to undergo an Individual Assessment of their application form.  The once off cost of this assessment for 2010 is R539.00.

For our  Applicants located outside the borders of South Africa, this fee can be paid with the first subscription fee according to the category of membership that is gained.  Applicants located within the borders of South Africa will need to pay the Individual Assessment fee upfront.
